Free counselling
Our core counselling service is offered free of charge. No payment is collected from students or parents for booking a counselling call.
University fees
JoinAdmission does not collect tuition, application, or admission fees on behalf of any university. All such payments must be made directly to the institution through its official channels. Refunds for university fees are governed by the policy of the respective institution and are not handled by JoinAdmission.
Cancellation of counselling sessions
You may reschedule or cancel a scheduled counselling session at any time by emailing hello@joinadmission.com or replying to the confirmation message. Since the service is free, no refund is applicable.
Paid services (if introduced)
If JoinAdmission introduces any paid services in the future, the specific refund terms for those services will be communicated at the time of purchase and published here.
